Hi all,

i'm trying to get a text variable into a plain text file.
i use the following statement: $address.text = $name

this is the sample text what shows hen the sript is started
$name="name off the directory"

The input off the $name i want to add in a text file. when i press the add button whitout any changes to the line it appears in the text file but when i change the input the same rule appears and not what i did type
How can i resovel this?
can anybody help me.

welcome to the board!

I think we could help you better if you'd post some of your code.
It is a kixforms script, no ? (the mention of an ADD button makes me think so Wink )
