This is just weird. On our Ghost client images, I have scripts that reboot a system. At the end of a reboot, I use the SHUTDOWN command as in this example:
SHUTDOWN ("", "Rebooting", 10, 1, 1)
100% of the time it works fine in our main office. However when the images and scripts are used at another office, it works about 80% of the time.
The other 20%, the shutdown timer starts off from several hours like 15 hours or so, and then begins to count down (it should be 10 seconds and counting down). I can't believe this, but it's happened about five times. I first I thought it was a virus, but the anti-virus scanner is up to date.
Any ideas or way I can troubleshoot this?
